This tart sweet syrup has lingering traces of fragrant coriander and a lovely maple finish. It’s a delicious base for soda or cocktail. We especially love it mixed with applejack, and use with bourbon, scotch and whiskey or simply add dry vermouth to a shrub soda for an extra dimension. Our Apple Coriander Maple Shrub also makes a great ingredient in a hot toddy!
