The thumb indent is the whole thing. Jordan-Jean designed this cup with a natural groove that your thumb settles into — the kind of detail that makes you realize how much a cup can do when someone actually thought about how it's held.
Hand-thrown in her Seattle studio from light brown stoneware clay, glazed in Floating Blue, and fired twice. Holds about 8 oz — the right size for an espresso, a small pour-over, or a short afternoon tea. Each one varies slightly in size, shape, and glaze because that's what handmade means.
