Exchanges:
We'd rather get you the right thing than give you your money back. If you need a different size or color, start an exchange and we'll get the right one out to you.

How to start a return or exchange:
Email us at info@thesimplemanstore.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll take it from there.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
