Shopping online means you can't try it on first. We get that. If something doesn't work, we'll make it right.

  • 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale — no exceptions
  • Gift cards and select grooming/personal care items are non-returnable

Exchanges:
We'd rather get you the right thing than give you your money back. If you need a different size or color, start an exchange and we'll get the right one out to you.

How to start a return or exchange:

Refunds:

It's always good to have a pen handy; it's a fundamental piece of EDC gear. But sometimes a full-size pen does't fit with your everyday carry. That's why TJB created the Stilwell; our take on the compact pen. It's small in size, but punches well above its weight class. With its minimal form, it will easily ride in your pocket all day, but when it's time to do work, the Stilwell is all business.

The Second Version of Jame's Smallest Pen.

The James Brand redesigned the Stilwell from the ground up, building on the history of the original and incorporating feedback from you, the  customers. They've simplified the construction and made the Stilwell lighter, with a new barrel and cap design. We implemented an entirely new 3-part gasket system for easy, consistent and secure deployment. They’ve also made improvements to the lanyard to make it easier to tuck into the cap, and we’ve added machined-in dots (which match the  new Burwell pen and the Cache River pocket tool) for better overall grip. It’s like the original Stilwell, but better.
