Shopping online means you can't try it on first. We get that. If something doesn't work, we'll make it right.
The basics:
- 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale — no exceptions
- Gift cards and select grooming/personal care items are non-returnable
Exchanges:
We'd rather get you the right thing than give you your money back. If you need a different size or color, start an exchange and we'll get the right one out to you.
How to start a return or exchange:
Email us at info@thesimplemanstore.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll take it from there.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.
Return shipping:
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable service for anything over $75. Ship returns to:
8712 Pacific St, Omaha, NE 68114

Not subtle. Not supposed to be. Hang it in the office for the days you need it before the pep talk even starts, pair it with the Everything Is Going To Be Alright flag for a full dose of forced optimism, or send it as a gift for men who could use the reminder more than they'd admit. More where this came from in camp flags and decor.
