Shopping online means you can't try it on first. We get that. If something doesn't work, we'll make it right.
The basics:
- 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale — no exceptions
- Gift cards and select grooming/personal care items are non-returnable
Exchanges:
We'd rather get you the right thing than give you your money back. If you need a different size or color, start an exchange and we'll get the right one out to you.
How to start a return or exchange:
Email us at info@thesimplemanstore.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll take it from there.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.
Return shipping:
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable service for anything over $75. Ship returns to:

A black frame, walnut temples and grey lenses make the Glacier the easy one to buy for almost anybody. The classic silhouette fits a wide range of face shapes, and it looks as good on the dash of a truck headed to Mahoney State Park as it does on a patio in the Old Market.
