Shopping online means you can't try it on first. We get that. If something doesn't work, we'll make it right.
The basics:
- 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale — no exceptions
- Gift cards and select grooming/personal care items are non-returnable
Exchanges:
We'd rather get you the right thing than give you your money back. If you need a different size or color, start an exchange and we'll get the right one out to you.
How to start a return or exchange:
Email us at info@thesimplemanstore.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll take it from there.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.

One bag, no checked luggage, no waiting at the carousel. The Lite Travel Pack is a 38 liter carry-on backpack that weighs about as much as a bag of coffee beans, so your airline's weight limit stops being a problem. It opens up suitcase-style and lays flat, which means packing it is closer to loading a suitcase than stuffing a sack.
Why You'll Want It
- Weighs about 2 pounds empty. Recycled ripstop nylon keeps the bag light so your gear can be the heavy part.
- Opens flat. Pack it like a suitcase, with built-in dividers and zip pockets to keep things sorted.
- Side-access laptop compartment. Pull the laptop out at security without unpacking everything else.
- Top pocket for the stuff you reach for. Passport, headphones, pen, all within reach.
- Slides over a suitcase handle. Luggage pass-through for the airport shuffle.
- Carries how you need. Padded shoulder straps and a sternum strap for walking, top and side handles for gate-to-gate hustle.
- Backed for six years. Bellroy's warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship.
