Shopping online means you can't try it on first. We get that. If something doesn't work, we'll make it right.
The basics:
- 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale — no exceptions
- Gift cards and select grooming/personal care items are non-returnable
Exchanges:
We'd rather get you the right thing than give you your money back. If you need a different size or color, start an exchange and we'll get the right one out to you.
How to start a return or exchange:
Email us at info@thesimplemanstore.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll take it from there.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.
Return shipping:
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable service for anything over $75. Ship returns to:

Two Years to Design. Nothing Left to Remove.
The Rook is a folding knife that locks open cleanly, deploys with one hand and disappears in your pocket when you're done. A 2.3" drop point blade of 12C27 stainless steel, a stainless frame lock, and a reversible deep-carry pocket clip. At 2.2 oz it's easy to forget you're carrying it, until you need it.
