Shopping online means you can't try it on first. We get that. If something doesn't work, we'll make it right.

  • 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale — no exceptions
  • Gift cards and select grooming/personal care items are non-returnable

Exchanges:
We'd rather get you the right thing than give you your money back. If you need a different size or color, start an exchange and we'll get the right one out to you.

How to start a return or exchange:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.

Seawool is The Normal Brand's answer to a sweater that actually holds up: a blend spun from recycled plastic bottles and oyster shells, warm without trapping heat and naturally resistant to odor. The Nep Crew is thick enough to wear solo with jeans, but still breathable enough to layer under a flannel once the temperature drops. Charcoal keeps it in year-round rotation.

  • 50% recycled polyester, 20% nylon, 20% viscose, 10% wool
  • Rib neck inset, rib cuffs, and rib bottom band
  • Naturally antimicrobial and static resistant
  • Suede bear tag at the hem
