Shopping online means you can't try it on first. We get that. If something doesn't work, we'll make it right.
The basics:
- 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale — no exceptions
- Gift cards and select grooming/personal care items are non-returnable
Exchanges:
We'd rather get you the right thing than give you your money back. If you need a different size or color, start an exchange and we'll get the right one out to you.
How to start a return or exchange:
Email us at info@thesimplemanstore.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll take it from there.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.
Return shipping:
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable service for anything over $75. Ship returns to:

The Top Swings Open. You'll Do It Again.
Press the swingarm and the top swings open. Let go, and the arm snaps back to strike the flint and light the wick. Close it and the flame goes out. Then you'll probably do it again, because it is a deeply satisfying thing to do with your hands.
A naphtha-fueled wick lighter in brushed stainless steel, built to be refilled and re-flinted for years instead of tossed in a drawer. Good for candles, the grill, the campfire. Browse more everyday carry or see our gift ideas for him.
